Designed by David Miler Architects, the Anstey Hall Barns project comprises of the conservation and refurbishment of a group of historic barns dating from the 18th Century, to provide eight luxury residential conversions and four new homes.
The original buildings comprised a number of complex and in some cases dilapidated structures including two Grade II listed timber-framed structures.
Engenuiti worked with KLH UK and the design team as advanced timber engineers on two of the barns which were constructed from cross-laminated timber.
