The family home and deer park in Northamptonshire consists of three new build structures - the main house, guest wing and stables.
The main family home is constructed from cross-laminated timber with glulam beams forming portal frames for the the pitched roof. The guest wing and stables are constructed from more traditional building materials such as blockwork, steel frame and timber joists.
Engenuiti were the advanced timber engineers on the project.
